Colton Semmelmann is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Brookfield, WI who attends Brookfield Central. Recorded a 8.44 second sixty-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher moves from a full windup while working with a sidestep as he delivers the baseball with a long arm out of a three-quarter arm slot displaying good command of his fastball that has arm side run at 78 mph and a spin rate in the 2000s working the fastball down in the zone. Semmelmann also mixed in a breaking ball with tight 1-7 late action and a spin rate of 2400 at 67 mph. Left-handed hitter steps to the plate with a narrow, crouched base and a short stride as he pushes the hands through the baseball creating some separation while developing speed. Semmelmann displays a balanced swing as he works the ball middle to opposite field line drives. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
