Nolan Bowen is a 2026 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Menomonee Falls, WI, who attends Menomonee Falls. A medium frame in a medium build. Ran a 7.97 60-yard dash. A primary catcher who threw 65 mph and produced a 2.14 pop time. Quicker transfer with a side-step into his throws down to second. Shorter arm action on his throws. A right-handed hitter with an even base and a simple toe-tap to get on time. Stays through the middle pretty well with a connected swing that produced line drives up the middle during his round of BP. Starts with higher hands and the back elbow up. Gets his weight on the back foot and makes a slightly inward move as he works through the zone. Also took to the mound as a right-handed pitcher with a quicker and uptempo delivery. Worked with some pace on the mound in his actions. Had a chest-high leg lift with a quick move down the mound. His fastball worked 70-72 mph and paired with a breaking ball that he showed to keep hitters off-balance. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
