Payton Del Toro is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Chula Vista, CA who attends St. Augustine Catholic San Diego. Medium frame, wide and thick. 8.99 60-yd. A primary pitcher, boxed and linear process to the delivery. Hides the ball well and has some arm side movement to the heater. Keeps the hands speed up on a short moving breaker that has upside to play off the fastball as he matures. First-base profile looking to have the ball come to him. Works through the ball and as he improves coordination, more glove skills are available. Works from a wide base at the plate leaning back and having the high hands load back. Length from a direct hand path losing connection. Can make improvements to keep barrel with him and increase bat-speed.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
