Devin Scott is a 2026 3B/RHP with a 5-6 150 lb. frame from Pinson, AL who attends Clay Chalkville. Compact build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from an open bent knee stance with a back tap load, rotational swing with an uphill swing plane, shows some power and carry when he gets the barrel out and pulls the ball. 8.23 runner in the sixty. Step by step fielder at third base, has good understanding of his footwork and gets gathered and set to throw while making accurate throws. Also pitched, has a slow paced turn and throw delivery, tends to fall off to the first base side at release. Fastball topped out at 70 mph with occasional cutting action due to his mechanics. Curveball was best at higher velocities, tends to slow his arm at release. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
