Owen Moore is a 2023 3B/ with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Rye, NH who attends Portsmouth. Recorded a 7.39 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, compact frame with long levers and room to add strength. Primary third baseman with anticipatory actions into and through the fielding process. Incorporates a clean funnel out in front, slightly uphill movements into the throwing motion and arm strength up to 72 mph across the diamond. Sound fundamentals in the field with more reactionary actions that are better suited for third base. Right-handed hitter that hits from an even base with flat hands, high back elbow and leg lift trigger. Middle-to-opposite field approach with rotational lower half and round swing path. Displayed developing bat-to-ball skills with occasional line drive impact to right centerfield. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments, refinement of his defensive tools and additional physical maturity. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
