2023 Jupiter Qualifier Workout Showcase
Joseph Manuel Mateo Goycochea is a 2024 OF/ with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Juana Diaz, PR who attends Jose Felipe Zayas. Recorded a 6.98 second 60-yard dash time. Slender frame with a good sized frame and room to fill out. Primary outfielder with deliberate actions and a longer arm action. Over the top arm slot with arm strength recorded up to 81 mph. Right-handed hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Direct path to contact and turns the barrel over well. Faster hands and stays connected well through the finish. Showed adjustability with the barrel and has solid projection with the bat. Tremendous student. Named to the Jupiter Qualifier Workout Showcase TP List.
