Freddie Crowhurst is a 2027 OF/SS with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends Trinity. Freddie is a young, aspiring athlete who shows a skill set that, with continued attention to detail, should allow him to play at a higher level as his career continues. In addition to his obvious emerging talent, Freddie is also a noteworthy and recognized student. He ran an 8.38 60-yard dash. A primary outfielder, Freddie is aggressive, showing quick feet and a should approach to fielding. He positions well and his glove plays. He transitions routinely, and his 65-mph throws are firm. At the plate, Freddie starts with an even stance incorporating with a slight leg lift for timing. He has a middle-of-the-field mindset and is a contact first swinger who gets his bat on a flatter plane. He gets to and through contact well. Sound offensive basis that should serve him well. Freddie has a solid emerging skill set that is based on a sound fundamental approach. With added strength, physical maturity, and continued game experience, his ability is certain to improve and allow him to project.
