Sean Heller is a 2022 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Collegeville, PA who attends Pope John Paul II. Heller has tons of room to fill out the build, attacking the ball aggressively from the OF and putting himself in good positions to throw out of a quick compact arm action. He put throws on the money and controlled the mechanics well. On the bump, Heller used an over the top slot to generate lots of spin on the FB for strikes, mixing a breaker that displayed late bite under the hands of hitters. Offensively, Heller started from a slightly closed stance flashing consistent middle of the field contact with compact hand speed through the zone. Ran a 6.98 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
