Connor Williams is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Ankeny, IA who attends Ankeny Centennial. He has a tall frame with an athletic build and present strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.47 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher that works exclusively from the stretch and starts in the middle of the rubber. He uses a knee to belt leg kick and lands slightly closed off, giving the hitters a cross fire look. He uses a medium arm action and fires from a 3/4 arm slot. He hides the ball well during his delivery, causing his fastball to get on hitters. He spins his pitches well which allows his fastball to stay on plane and create swings and misses up in the zone. His curveball has advanced shape and break, leading to swings and misses. He did a nice job of working both pitches away from hitters and staying ahead in counts. Secondary outfielder that showed good actions to the ball. He waits back on the ball and gets a good hop before making strong, low throws to the target. Right-handed hitter that starts in an even base with a slightly open front foot and high hands with a low back elbow. He uses a simple stride inward for timing and loads his hands deep. He creates nice separation with his upper body and showed nice control over the barrel through the zone. He has an up-the-middle approach and try to make line drive contact out in front of the plate.
