Irv Ballonoff is a 2024 1B/RHP with a 5-11 121 lb. frame from Fairhope, AL who attends Fairhope. Ran a 8.44 second sixty. Primary first baseman with a young frame and lean build. Showed young actions at first base with some feel for the glove playing the ball out front. Showed young footwork on the double play feeds while still making accurate throws with developing arm strength. Right-handed hitter, starts with a narrower base and open stance, gets back to even with a simple load and stride. Bat path stays level through the zone impacting the baseball to the pull side with developing bat speed and strength at the point of contact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
