2022 Mid-Atlantic Prospect Showcase
Roan Harrington is a 2024 OF/3B/MIF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Blue Bell, PA who attends Germantown Academy. Harrington works from a younger medium frame with additional room to fill out and develop in the future. From his primary OF spot, he showcased natural athletic movements with a full arm action that produced consistent accurate throws on the bag up to 76 mph. The mechanics are sound with arm strength continuing to improve as he matures. From the IF Harrington displayed a deep fielding funnel with intent to change slots up the middle. At the dish, the switch hitter started from an even balanced stance with the same look from both sides, flashing a compact stroke to generate contact back up the middle. The stroke directly translated in game where he controlled the barrel well and produced line drive contact. Ran a 6.95 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
