Jackson Keenan is a 2022 RHP/ with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Honolulu, HI who attends Mid Pacific Institute. Has some strength within the frame. Utilizes a low effort delivery on the mound that is repeated well. A 3/4 arm slot features a short, clean path. The delivery allows for plenty of strikes with all three offerings. Used a fastball that sat 73-78 mph with the ability to throw it for strikes often. Adding tempo to the delivery could help bump up the velocity on the offering. He paired it with a mid-60’s slider that flashed the ability to create tilt that can miss bats. The right-hander also showed a fading changeup in warmups that featured solid arm speed deception. The overall pitch mixed allowed him to miss bats with fair regularity and avoid barrels. Adding strength to the frame and continuing to develop the mechanics will be key to developing the repertoire further. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
