Caden Popp is a 2023 MIF/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Appleton, WI who attends Appleton North. Medium athletic build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, loads his hands way back to start his swing, leg lift trigger with an even straight stride into contact, shifts his hips well and gets good lower half rotation to help drive his swing, has some long elements mechanically but is strong and well timed and finds barrels well, projects well as a hitter. 7.18 runner in the sixty. Has good athleticism in the middle infield on defense, works well side to side and has quick hands and a clean transfer, throws well from different arm slots, release is a plus for him. Excellent student.
