LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2022 Fall Northern California Showcase
Dominic Tomasi is a 2024 MIF/RHP, OF with a 6-1 145 lb. frame from Salinas, CA who attends Salinas. Lean athletic middle infielder who shows advanced actions on boths side of the ball. Defensively, preps well into a sharp first step, gets himself in proper fielding position before exchanging quickly into strong accurate throws across. At the plate, he sets up with wide spread base working into a slight barrel wrap load. Squares it up with frequency. Bat speed and barrel skills stand out in game. There's some gap power potential but I anticipate the hit tool will remain higher than the power at the next level. Professional approach in the box. On the mound, the lean frame has ample room to add muscle mass. The operaton is smooth and repeatable with release out of a three-quarters arm slot. Athletic mover down the mound with a refine three-pitch mix. 7.96 60-yard. Outstanding student. Named to the Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
