Hill is a projectable 6-2, 180 athlete who showcased his talents both in the infield and as a pitcher. From this look we think his best future is on the mound. Hill threw from a straight over the top release point and had very good arm strength. He was consistently 86-88 mph on his fastball and showed a 74 mph curveball that had some good spin on it. Hill struggled a bit with his command from his unconventional delivery but he certainly has a live arm. Aside from his arm strength, Hill’s best tool as a position player is his power potential. He generates some good bat speed from a somewhat long swing and drove some balls well in batting practice. Hill is a very good student as well. He should end up playing/pitching at a very high level.
