Deven Peterson is a 2025 SS/RHP, MIF with a 5-6 130 lb. frame from Kirkwood, MO who attends Kirkwood Sr.. Lean, projectable build. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.94 seconds. A primary SS who showed a quick first step to both sides of his body. Light on his feet and covers plenty of ground. His best throw across the infield was clocked at 64 mph. At the plate he hits out of a upright, narrow open stance. He showed a flat bat path through the zone and uses an all-fields approach. On the mound he throws out of a high 3/4 arm slot. The FB topped out at 66 mph while also showing a CB that had deep 12/6 shape. He's also an excellent student in the classroom.
