Carter Dalton is a 2023 C/RHP/IF with a 5-9 185 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Northland Christian. Thicker build with very good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a crouched and balanced stance with a simple short stride into contact, gets his hips turned well into his swing, short and direct swing, has solid present bat speed and good barrel skills, simple approach that works with his strengths well, can drive it to all fields. 8.11 runner in the sixty. Sets up low behind the plate, has a good exchange and release, gains ground on his throws and throws have some carry, future on defense will be determined by continued work on his lower half quickness and agility. Bat is his tool. Good student. Named to the Kansas City Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
