Berkeley Roddy is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends Boswell. Strong and physical build. Ran the sixty in 7.62 seconds. A primary RHP, he throws from an OH arm slot with a compact arm circle. His FB topped out at 85 mph with some late cutting action and some life through the zone. His SL is a two-plane breaker with bite and is a pitch that missed bats in the zone. Also flashed a slower CB that is a change of pace pitch. In the infield he showed soft hands to both sides of his body. His best throw across the diamond was clocked at 82 mph. With the bat he hits out of a spread stance and showed some pull side pop. The bat path has significant loft to it and is geared for putting the ball in the air. He's also a good student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
