Noah Phillips is a 2026 C/2B with a 5-4 142 lb. frame from Richmond, VA who attends Glen Allen. Smaller frame, medium build. Ran an 8.13 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, lower athletic stance, starts turned in drills, works simply through short release, cuts himself off some, enough quickness working through it to like. Also plays some infield, short and quick movements, has some snatch to the hands and funnels quick, good glove and accurate across, plays with good energy in game. Right-handed hitter, spread stance and loads on to the back side well, fires the hands hard with some quickness, fairly flat through the zone and struggled some with barrel accuracy but can spray the field and came off well in game.
