Sean Rochette is a 2025 RHP/OF/UT with a 5-9 121 lb. frame from Douglas, MA who attends Northbridge. Rochette works from a medium projectable frame with plenty of time to fill out as a 2025 grad. He showcased direct strides to the ball from the OF and threw out of a full arm action. On the bump, Rochette controlled the pace of the game from an over the top arm slot which produced a FB that topped 69 mph. He flashed a 12-6 curveball with command to keep hitters off balance. Offensively, Rochette started from a narrow open stance with intent to work back up the middle. As he develops, power potential should also increase. Ran a 7.81 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
