Jacob Samsing is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Litchfield Park, AZ who attends Millennium. Features a big, sturdy frame with a strong lower half. He works primarily out of the stretch with a two-pitch mix that includes a fastball and a change up. Fastball has glove side run paired with a curveball that is sharp with late break and 12-6 movement. He was around the zone throughout the outing. In the infield he showed proper footwork and glove technique. He showed a strong arm with the ability to throw from multiple angles. At the plate he has a wide stance with a slight toe tap trigger. He has an up the middle approach with developing bat speed. He is an excellent student.
