Sean Smith is a 2026 C/RHP, UT with a 5-4 130 lb. frame from Prattville, AL who attends Prattville. Recorded a 8.43 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a medium frame and slender young build. Side saddle stance behind the plate with short stab to clean exchange and throws at 62 mph for 2.15 pop time. Solid receiving actions with ability to pocket the baseball. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a staggered feet start from first base side of the slab. High hands drop to waist with side step and back up with lift to belt. Direct line to the plate with medium arm swing to 3/4 arm slot release. Fastball up to 65 mph (1575 RPM) and curveball with depth 56 mph (1671 RPM). Flashed a shorter slider with lateral break at 61 mph (1792 RPM) for a three-pitch mix. Two-hand gather out front working at first base with feel for the footwork around the bag. Throws across the diamond at 61 mph with solid accuracy. Switch-hitter in the box with a square base from the left side and middle to opposite field approach. Right-handed hitter with similar setup and stronger feel for the barrel to impact on this side. Linear bat path with rhythm and timing and extension out front to the pull side. Solid actions on all sides of the ball with young frame to add size and strength through maturity in all aspects of his present abilities. Excellent student. Named to the 13U/14U Southeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
