Brendon Baiocco is a 2027 C/RHP/MIF with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from Cochranville, PA who attends Avon Grove. Baiocco worked from a range of positions throughout the weekend, showcasing projectable and repeatable mechanics across the board. From his primary spot behind the dish, he flashed quick footwork that gained ground and stayed in line towards second. The arm action is compact and should see velocity increase in the future. The consistent mechanics continued from the IF where Baiocco showed good carry across the diamond with range to both sides, topping out at 70 mph. The righty also worked off the mound with a two pitch FB/CB mix to pound the zone and record outs. Offensively, Baiocco started from an even balanced stance with a short compact stroke that used the entire field. Bat speed was present with power potential continuing to develop, posting an exit velo of 72 mph. Ran a 7.74 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
