Jonathan Abenoja is a 2026 C/2B, 3B, SS, OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Oakley, CA who attends Freedom. Compact frame with a solid lean build that should fill out well as he matures. Ran a 7.87 in the 60-yard dash. Catcher, good momentum behind the dish and developing arm strength. Worked well with soft hands. Outfielder, adjusts well to ball and plays it on a hop with solid accuracy to the bag. Infielder, shows the pocket early and works well through the ball. Showed some athletic action on the dirt. Right-handed hitter, even base and hanging leg kick load. Linear path with solid barrel control and will add more power as he continues to add strength. Excellent student.
