LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2023 13U/14U Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Parker Babineaux is a 2028 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Aurora, CO who attends Cherokee Trail. Bigger frame for the age with proportional size, thicker lower half. Ran a 8.35 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, size and actions project to the corner, long arm action to low three-quarter slot, long process in general here, obvious idea with the leather, limited laterally but made the plays, coordinates for the size. Secondary right-handed pitcher, compact arm action and delivery, low leg tuck, medium effort, short slider with an idea to spin, worked the fastball to both sides effectively and generated some whiffs on it. Right-handed hitter, even and square base with high hands, compact hand set, rotational, lunges in some, attempts to lift the baseball, developing bat speed and feel for the barrel in the process here. Chance to have a strong arm and some pop with current size for class and age.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
