Jayden Costa is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Edmonds, WA who attends Meadowdale. Tall, lean frame. Defensively, in the outfield, working hard to and through the baseball with choppy steps. Arm action is clean was moderate carrying accuracy given the conditions. At the plate, he sets up with closed stance. Bat speed is developing with kind of a cut off swing. Could benefit from added strength and fluidity in the swing. On the mound, he operates with a side step to a belt high lift. Shorter arm stroke with release out of a high three-quarters slot. Leads with the elbow a bit trying to guide it. Breaker showed short horizontal action, missed a couple barrels with it. 7.61 60-yard. Outstanding student.
