Riley Eagan is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-1 140 lb. frame from Castro Valley, CA who attends Castro Valley. Tall, lean built primary pitcher that works exclusively out of the stretch. The arm stroke is fluid with release out of a three quarters slot. Works with a quality three-pitch arsenal that he mixes well throughout the outing to induce frequent ground balls. At first base, the footwork is a bit methodical but the arm definitely plays for the spot. Fed the double play on time with accuracy. At the plate, he sets up with balanced stance working nicley into a slight leg kick load. There's present gap power with potential for mor with added muscle mass. The added stregnth should help imprive the bat speed. 8.10 60-yard. Great student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
