Justin Veloz is a 2028 SS/2B with a 5-4 115 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC who attends Dominican Republic. Shorter height with a slender build and very young look. Ran an 8.79 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, the feet and hands are synced up and he remained balanced on all movement plays. So advanced with the footwork and angles for his age. Accurate arm and the arm strength will develop with maturity. A right-handed hitter, starts balanced and slightly open using a small stride. Works the hands inside and through the ball and hit a lot of middle of the field liners during drills. Really big upside.
