Brian Whitehead is a 2026 C/RHP/1B with a 5-9 200 lb. frame from Columbia, TN who attends Culleoka Unit. He ran a 7.99 second sixty. A primary catcher with a thicker build. He sits deep in his stance reaching to receive the baseball with developing arm strength recording a 2.70 second sixty. On the mound he starts with a side step and a belt high leg lift and slight coil at the top and a longer arm action through the back. The fastball sat 64-68 mph with strikes when the arm is synced up and getting extensions out front. He also showed a breaking ball in the mid 50's with young actions and a changeup with consistent arm speed. Right-handed hitter, has some strength to the stroke with a good plane coming through the hitting zone with developing hand speed but can still produce carry when on the barrel do to the bat path showing best to the pull side gap.
