Landyn Baker is a 2026 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-8 147 lb. frame from Clinton, MS who attends Clinton HS. Recorded a 7.77 second 60-yard dash time. Younger, athletic build with plenty of room and time to add strength. Primary outfielder who waits back on the ball and has shorter footwork through the ball. Uphill release with currently developing arm strength. Secondary left-handed pitcher with a high three-quarters arm slot. Can manipulate spin which can mess up timing for the opponents. Leg lift up to the chest with solid flexibility. Projects for additional velocity as he continues to fill out. Left-handed hitter with a high hands, high back elbow, and an even base. Loose and extended swing with a contact oriented stroke. Sprays line drives to all fields nicely. Good student.
