Kaesen Buzby is a 2026 SS/2B/UT with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Palmer, AK who attends Palmer. Long and tall build that stands out physically. Right handed hitter, hits from a high hand load with a toe tap trigger from a wide stance, gets to his front side well, line drive swing plane, will cast his hands out at times instead of driving them, projects well as a hitter as he fills in and gets stronger. 7.87 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, still growing into his footwork and actions on the move, has good arm strength with a quick release on his throws. Also played the outfield and showed his arm potential very well there when he was able to move through the ball and keep his momentum. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
