Corbin Culver is a 2027 3B/RHP, 1B, 2B, OF, UT with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Fresno, CA who attends Buchanan. Features a physical build with strength throughout. Ran a 7.69 60-yd dash. In the OF, he waited back before starting his initial approach. Fielded it clean but deeper at times. Arm worked clean/easy to release with on-line throws up to 78. At the plate, he sits in a wider stance with a barrel that stays flat to his shoulder. Rocks into his backside with a simple forward stride where he lands early for easy recognition. His strong/quick hands work direct to the baseball with consistent out front contact and balance throughout the swing. It’s advanced bat speed for his level where he showed easy gap power. Found several barrels in-game as well. On the mound, he works exclusively from the stretch as his arm works longer/loose out the glove. Arm gets up early and to release at a H ¾ slot. Works in-line with home. Pounded the strike zone with his upper 70s fastball that flashed some armside run. Mixed in low 60s breaking ball as well. Name to Top Prospects List.
