Eddie "Antonio" Acevedo is a 2026 3B/C, 2B, SS, IF, OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Brick, NJ who attends Brick Twp. Medium, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.93 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, fields the ball out front with two hands and remains low on the approach, works into a shorter arm action with a tight release from ear, showed clean actions moving up the middle with ability to drop slot on throws, occasionally gets under the ball at release. Right-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and weight gathered on backside, high hand set and medium height to back elbow. Loads hands directly back at start of swing, swings with intent, works mostly on a linear path to point of contact. Contact oriented swing, worked the middle of field and found some barrel, will continue to develop with added physical strength. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
