2021 Fall Midwest Workout Showcase
Brody Bernal is a 2025 OF/C, MIF with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Gretna, NE who attends Gretna. He has a smaller frame with a slender build with plenty of room to add strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.94 seconds. Primary outfielder that fields the ball deep and off to the side. He throws with a longer arm action and throws from a side arm slot. He does a nice job of working through the baseball and will gain accuracy by staying on top of the ball. Right-handed hitter that starts in a narrow stance with an even hand set. He uses a small leg lift trigger for timing. He has a long swing that is rotational with a recoil finish. He has a line drive approach and will hit for more power as he gets stronger and makes consistent contact with the barrel. Excellent student.
