Dylan McLarty is a 2026 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-4 95 lb. frame from Pflugerville, TX who attends Hendrickson. Small young lean frame. Ran a 7.86 second 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, short strides around the dirt, has some softness to hands at receiving, mid line funnel into quick release, uphill out of the hand with developing arm strength across. Also pitches, high three-quarters release, clean line down mound, up to 67 with the fastball playing true to velocity, showed propensity to spin the breaking ball. Rght-handed hitter, easier swing on a long path, linear approach trying to work on a line to the middle of the field, limited handle of the barrel but did produce soft liners to the middle, will improve a bunch with added physicality.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
