Brody Gomez is a 2025 C/RHP, 3B, MIF with a 6-1 156 lb. frame from Fort Scott, KS who attends Fort Scott. Slender medium size frame. Ran a 7.32 60-yard dash. Primary catcher starts from a square set up, developing arm strength and footwork popping a showcase 2.02 pop time. A left-handed hitter hit from a slightly open stance with leg lift timing. Creates some hand separation, tight rotation keeping hands inside the baseball, arm bars some and creates an uphill bat path. Developing balance and connectivity in the swing with a present pull side approach. Also showed two pitches on the mound out of a three-quarter arm slot working directional to the plate. Fastball topped at 80 and the 11-5 shape curve showed consistent shape. Strike thrower that will make competitive pitches. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
