Vaughn Green is a 2025 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-11 177 lb. frame from Johnstown, CO who attends Resurrection Christian. Medium frame with some strength to the build. Ran a 7.62 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, compact delivery with good tempo that he repeats well, shorter arm stroke to release out of a three-quarters slot. Pounded the bottom of the zone with the mix, gets some late arm side run to the fastball, will gain velocity as he ages, mixed the curveball often with good spin up to 2338 RPMs and healthy shape, forced contact and projects. Also worked out at first base, clean footwork and transitions well, arm strength will improve here as well. Lefthanded hitter, even base and simple process, works direct to contact and gets it out front turning it over with some intent, easy impact strength and will flash some carry to pull, heavy barrel as a whole and strength plays well. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
