Joshua Turner is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Upland, CA. Slender athletic frame. Ran a 7.33 60-yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher with athletic pitching movements on the mound, a deceptive hitch in the motion with an over the top arm slot and a fastball/curveball pitch combo on the mound. His fastball comes in on a slight downhill plane in the mid to upper 70's. Some feel for spinning a consistent low 60's curve with 11-5 shape and bigger break to the pitch. Average strike throwing ability overall. In the outfield he shows developing footwork, glove out front to field and a well above average throwing arm with low cuttable throws to bases. A right handed hitter with an upright stance at the plate, long swing with some barrel whip through the zone and a linear bat path. Developing timing at the plate but with the bat speed and up the middle approach for further development. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
