Evan Fulhorst is a 2024 RHP/3B, SS with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Saint Peters, MO who attends Ft. Zumwalt South. Recorded a 7.07 sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with some strength to it. Primary right-handed pitcher, works from a belt high leg lift with a quarter twist at the top. Drop and dive mechanics with a high three- quarter arm slot. Fastball topped at 88 with some arm side run. Throws the curveball in any count with 11-5 shape. Has confidence to land pitch in the zone. Solid feel for a change-up that he can kill the spin on and showed late drop to it. Confidence to throw the fastball and curveball in any count. Athleticism on the mound and room to grow into more velocity. Attacked hitters effectively. Secondary third baseman, with footwork direct to the baseball and a quicker first step. Clean hands and glove gathers the feet well, efficient moving with a clean transfer. Above average arm strength and accuracy. Right-handed hitter, starts with medium base and slightly open feet, utilizes a leg lift trigger. Aggressive pull-side approach with lift. Some hand and bat speed with quick hands through the zone. Exciting player with some two-way potential. Excellent student. Named to the 2023 National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
