Johnny Viallon is a 2027 OF/RHP, 2B, SS, MIF with a 5-5 125 lb. frame from Belle Rose, LA who attends Ascension Catholic Interparsch. Young and immature build with room to add strength. Ran a 7.45 in the sixty yard dash. Primary outfielder, short strides to the ball with an aggressive charge, fields off the front foot with a one hand gather, carries momentum into throws with a low slot release, up to 75 mph in outfield drills. Also worked out in the infield, plays with a low center of gravity and solid body control, smooth mover overall with soft hands and a clean transfer. Secondary right handed pitcher, athletic operation overall with a leg lift to the mid section and good drive off the backside, easiness to the delivery with a low effort release, commanded the fastball up to 71 mph well to both sides of the plate, developing feel for a slider, generated weak contact. Right handed hitter, medium shoulder width base with a toe tap trigger, longer swing path with developing bat speed, good foundation of mechanics and will only improve with added strength. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
