Alexander Patino is a 2024 SS/2B/3B with a 5-11 174 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends Sunshine State Elite Academy. Medium build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a short stride into contact, has a consistent and repeatable load and trigger, upper half dominant swing, has fast hands and creates some bat speed and back spin, mostly pull side contact and will get around the ball at times, has the hitting tools to keep improving. Primary middle infielder on defense, fields the ball cleanly out front, works well around the ball, some side to side range especially to his right, more a second base profile at present.
