Sean Burns Jr is a 2023 OF/2B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Newport News, VA who attends Woodside. He ran a 7.03 second sixty with speed that played up in game with multiple infield hits. Int the outfield he showed a short arm action working to an over the top arm slot with developing arm strength as he made accurate throws to third base and the plate with a quicker release. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base using a hanging leg lift to trigger the swing as he hits into a stiff front side with young bat speed. Good student.
