Samuel Tumminello is a 2025 C/1B, OF with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Carriere, MS who attends Pearl River Central. He ran a 8.07 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary Catcher works with a medium athletic frame with some strength present throughout. High set with the hips he gains plenty of ground working around the plate on his throws to second. The hips moves very aggression and efficient during the operation. The glove to hand exchanges are clean with a longer gather on the throw and some one hop accuracy to second base. Right handed hitter starts with a wider set even foot base with a lower leg lift trigger. The hands are quick through the zone with a linear path to the ball showing some consistency finding the barrel with most of his strength working to the pull side. Samuel is an excellent student.
