Chase Brown is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Fayetteville, AR who attends Farmington. Athletic and lean frame. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.56 seconds. Primary pitcher who was up to 83 MPH with his fastball that had late tail and sink to it which will generate plenty of ground balls and weak contact in general. His CB was 68 MPH and was a deep 12/6 breaker and he showed some feel for being able to throw it for a strike and it had some bite to it as well. Also worked out at first base where he showed solid footwork around the bag and his hands work well at the position too. At the plate he works out of a square, crouched stance and has a minimal stride. Showed a level bat path to go along with an all-fields approach. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
