August Maslo is a 2025 MIF/RHP with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Pittsburgh, PA who attends North Catholic. Recorded a 6.89 second sixty-yard dash. Primary infielder works through the baseball with active feet and fields the baseball mid funnel while throwing across the diamond with a low slot at 78 mph with developing footwork. Secondary right-handed pitcher moves with a full windup and a sidestep on the first base side of the rubber while landing closed off showing good extension out of a three-quarter arm slot. Maslo has a quick, up-tempo pace with his fastball that was topping 79 mph alongside mixing in a change of pace breaking ball with a developing release point for it. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with a narrow stance, shows a short and compact quick swing to the baseball, and demonstrates great barrel control as he works the baseball pull side while developing backspin. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
