Santino Garcia is a 2025 C/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Manhattan Beach, CA who attends Mira Costa. Recorded a 7.25 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a medium frame and strong athletic build. Good receiver behind the plate with solid hands and feel for the position. Low setup and stance with quick feet gaining ground on throws at 75 mph. Solid foundation behind the plate moving forward as he matures. Secondary outfielder with some arm strength on throws to the bases at 84 mph. Clean one-hand gather working through the ball and carries his weight through exchange and release. Right-handed hitter with even base and knee-to-knee lift trigger stride. High back elbow slot with short load and linear barrel path through the zone. Stays behind the ball at contact and uses the strength in his frame to impact out front. Pull side pop when on time and sequenced. Excellent student.
