Enrico Carrion is a 2025 C/3B with a 5-11 177 lb. frame from Caguas, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. A medium frame with thickness and athleticism present. Strength also showing in the build as well. Ran a 7.12 60-yard dash. Primary catcher who started with an open setup. Gathers out front and lets his momentum carry him through the throws down to second. Had a quicker and shorter arm action with one-hop accuracy around the bag during his round of throws. Threw 78 mph down to second while producing a 1.87 pop time. A right-handed hitter with higher-set hands and a high back elbow. Uses a small step forward and lets the barrel work through the zone. Showed off a great feel for the barrel to do damage and get the job done. Hit well in-game, finding the barrel and picking up a couple of extra-base hits. Quick out of the box with good baserunning skills to leg out the extra-90. Produced an 89 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Great student. Named to 2023 Sunshine East TP List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
