Gabriel Rodriguez is a 2025 SS/2B/OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Windermere. Medium athletic build with good physical projection ahead of him. Very good runner, 7.10 in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has a quick first step and works aggressively through the ball, snatchy quick hands that work well, very quick release when he needs it, some developing arm strength with more to come. Also played the outfield and showed solid fundamentals for a secondary position and plenty of athleticism. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance with limited lower half weight shift, has a short and direct line drive swing with good hand quickness, good barrel control, works gap to gap with consistent squared up contact. Named to the 13U/14U Sunshine East Showcase Top Prospect List.
