Nathan Losik is a 2028 C/RHP/3B with a 5-5 140 lb. frame from Rock Hill, SC who attends Westminster Catawba Christian. Smaller young build with lots of time to get stronger. 8.73 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up well behind the plate and has some lower half flexibility, sets a low target, arm strength and glove work still developing. Right handed hitter, hits from a closed stance with limited lower half shift into contact, upper body arm driven swing with a line drive swing plane, works to all fields, bat speed will continue to develop with additional strength. Took a turn on the mound, has a compact arm action and a 3/4's arm slot, lands very open with his front side. Worked with an upper 50's fastball and a soft curveball, did a good job throwing strikes in his inning of work. Good student.
