Dunn Smith is a 2027 MIF/RHP/C with a 5-6 128 lb. frame from Longview, TX who attends Hallsville. Smaller frame with a young and lean build. Ran an 8.65 second 60-yard dash. Primary middle-infielder, younger actions with simple strides to the ball, works to field it way out front with some softness, moves through it well enough and showed some accuracy across. Young actions behind dish, short release with small ground gained and developing arm strength. Easy delivery on the mound, has some makings of arm speed and gets down mound with intent, threw strikes with the fastball and showed some lateral sweep to the curveball with spin to project on. Lefthanded hitter, short hands-based swing with a small shift, stays in his legs some and meets it out front with some consistency producing contact to the middle and pull side.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
